SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates
We offer international shipping to our customers. Our estimated shipping time is 5 to 10 business days once the order has been handed over to our transit carriers. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processing, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lumi Global Ventures Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
